How do I know what Benefits I'm Enrolled in
Follow the instructions below to Check your Benefit Status
1. Login to the Employee Self Service Portal
HERE 2. Click "Benefits" on the left hand side of the screen.
3. Click "Summary"
4. You'll see a list of the Insurance plans you are currently enrolled in, the Effective Date and the Premium.
