Follow These Instructions To Edit Empoyee's Timecard:
2. Once signed in, select the "Current Period..." hyperlink underneath Time Cards section in the menu on the left hand side of the page.
3. Once you selected the "Current Period..." hyperlink it will pull up a new menu called "Clock Activity". This will show you all the employee that are in the system for timekeeping. Any employees that have clocked in at least once in that pay period will be highlighted a different color to notify you of the employees who have hours in that pay period. You will also see numbers underneath the M and the E next to each employee. The M stands for Missed punches in that pay period that need to be edited. So any employees that had missed punches will have a number of missed punches next to their name. The E stands for Edited punches in that pay period. So any employees that has edited punches will have a number of edited punches next to their name.
4. From the list of employees in the menu on the left hand side, select an employee to view their time card entries.
5. Once you selected an employee to view their hours. You can see all employees entries during the current pay period. If you would like to see the other previous pay periods, you will select the arrows at the top of the page to move back and forth to different pay periods for that employee.
6. To edit any time sheet entry, you will select the "Edit" button next to the time entry that you want to edit and it will open a edit box for the time in entry, time out entry, category (job type), and a comments (notes) box. For Morning hours put a lowercase "a" at the end of the time. For Afternoon hours put a lowercase "p" at the end of the time. You can also select the "Delete" button to delete the entry as well.
7. Once you have completed your edits and are ready to save that entries details. You will select the "Save" button.
