How to Edit an Employee's Timecard in Time & Labor

Follow These Steps to Edit an Employee's Timecard in Time and Labor:

      1. Sign into your Manager User Portal in the Time & Labor System. You can do this by either selecting the Time & Labor button in your favorites section of the Prism portal or going to the unique Time & Labor link for your company that was given to you in the Time & Labor app instructions. 
      2. In the menu on the left hand side of the page select Hours -> Individual Hours.
      3. Once in the Individual Hours page. Select the employee name in the menu on the left hand side of the page. 
      4. Then check the box to the left of the time sheet entry that you wish to edit. 
      5. Once that box has been checked push the Manage button above and select the Edit option in the dropdown box. 
**You can edit a time sheet entry as well by double clicking on any time sheet entry you want. 
      6. This will open a window box called Edit Segment. This is where you can edit the hours, change the job code, change the cost code, etc. for that time sheet entry. 
      7. Once you have made the edits needed push the green Save button at the bottom of the window box. 
      8. This will now show the correct edits you made on that time sheet entry.
