How to Edit Employees Time Off Request in Time and Labor:
If Manager has Already Approved the Time Off Request:
1. Sign into your manager portal of the Time and Labor Timekeeping system dashboard.
2. Once you are logged into the dashboard. Select Tools > Requests > Request Manager in the menu on the left hand side.
3. The right click on any of the employees approved request from the calendar view and select Delete.
4. Once you have deleted the approved time off request. You or the employee will need to refill out a new time off request on the calendar.

If Manager has NOT Approved the Time Off Request and the Time Off request is in the pending approval stage:
1. Sign into your manager portal of the time and labor time keeping dashboard.
2. Once you are logged into the dashboard, Select Tools > Requests > Request Manager in the menu on the left hand side.
3. Once you are in the Request Manager page, you will right click on the pending time off approval.
4. This will open a small window and you will select "Detail" from the list of options.
5. This will open a new window of the employees pending time off request details. You will select the "edit" button on the page.
6. This will open another new window for you to edit the employee's time off request.
7. Once you have made your changes, Select the "Okay" Button.
8. This will fix that request on the calendar.
