Instructions for closing your NM Unemployment account:
- Log into your state Unemployment account here to close your unemployment account.
Instructions for closing your NM Withholding account:
- Please complete the ACD-31015 Business Tax Registration Form which can be downloaded via the state website here.
- For #12a, please select "Closed" and enter the effective date of joining Teamworks.
- After completing all sections, please mail the form to the address listed or email Business.Reg@state.nm.us
