Payroll Allocation Report

Follow These Steps to See your Payroll Allocation Report

      1. Search for "Payroll Allocation Report" and click on it
      2. You can click on "Payroll Number" to choose a specific payroll
or check the box to Enter a Date Range
      3. Enter Primary Sort Parameter - if you just want all employees listed in 
      alphabetical order and don't have "divisions" set up for your employees
choose Primary Sort - Division and leave the rest blank.
      4. Enter Report Parameters - you can Run the report by leaving these at the default
settings, or choose Report Type "Detail Only" or "Summary Only" to have a more condensed
report.
      5. You can leave Other Parameters as the defaults that are entered and for the Output File Parameters 
you don't have to enter any.
For any parameters - you can change them and play around with them to filter as needed.
      6. RUN report 
      7. Click on the drop down Action menu to choose between print or convert to PDF. If you print to PDF
you can print or download report.
      8. Choose XLS to have the report in excel format
