This article will walk you through how to setup the time and labor mobile app.
Step 1: Assign Employee PIN
Before an employee can use the mobile app, you will need to assign the employee a PIN in Time & Labor (This is optional).
This is done under EMPLOYEE> Employee Profile> Information> Other.
The PIN is a numeric code that must be unique to each employee in your company.
Also, if you need to restrict use of the mobile app using Geo-fencing (allowing punches only in certain pre-defined locations), contact Teamworks for guidance in setting up and using geo-fences.
Step 2: Assign Badge / User ID
Each employee needs a Badge / User ID
Select “employee tab” > select an employee > expand “other” > enter Badge / User ID
We have already setup usernames for you and your employees. The naming convention is FIRST INITIAL + LAST NAME. i.e. JDOE
Step 3: Employee Instructions
1. On your phone, Download TimeClock Plus app. Download Link HERE

- When you open the app the first screen will ask for Customer ID - don’t enter anything instead click “Manual Setup” at the bottom of the screen.
- Fields for Manual Setup:
- SCHEME: https
- HOST: 330125.tcplusondemand.com (type in that URL)
- PORT: should default to 443 - accept that value or type in if empty
- Namespace: 212-987
- After those above fields are complete the Company Name will appear > tap it
- A new screen will display the field ‘ID/Badge Number’ with a red outline > enter your PIN and press ‘Log On’
- The Time Screen Entry screen will come up
- Use available options to click in/clock out, submit PTO requests etc.
