How to View Employees Status in the Onboarding Process:


How to View Employees Status in the Onboarding Process:

      1. Sign into your Manager Teamworks Prism Site. Once signed in you will see your dashboard view of 4 different sections.
      2. Under your “My Favorites” section on the top left-hand side, select the “My Home” Link.
      3. Once in the “My Home” Page. Change the “Perspective” Dropdown to the option called “Onboarding Tasks by Status".
      4. Once you are seeing the Onboarding Tasks by Status Page. There will be another drop-down selection option on the page that displays the employees that are onboarding in the phases shown.
      5. Once you see the employees onboarding record under one of those phase options. You can select the employees record and see the statuses of the onboarding documents that are completed and still in progress.
      6. If you don’t see the employees record under any of those drop-down selection options. It means the employee has finished his onboarding documents and is now a fully onboarded active employee or the new hire form was not submitted successfully to onboard the employee.
