West Virginia - Closing Unemployment and Withholding Accounts

Instructions for closing your WV Unemployment and Withholding accounts:

  1. When your previous payroll provider files your Employer’s Quarterly Return of Income Tax Withheld (IT-101Q), please have them check Part 2 to indicate your business has stopped paying wages. 
    • Enter the date prior to your Teamworks start date.
