How to Change the Password for a Worksite Manager or Trusted Advisor
Follow These Steps to Change the Password for a Worksite Manager Login:
1. In PrismHR search (magnifying glass at the top of the screen) for "Users". Click on the application suggestion that says "Users".
2. If you know the username, enter it under "User ID".
3. If you don't know the username, click on "User ID" and enter the first or last name of the user you are trying to find under "Search For" and then hit "Search".
4. Search through the list to find the user and click on the User ID.
5. Under "Password" (4th option down), type in the new password.
6. Hit "Save" at the bottom of the screen.
