How the Manager's Approve the Employee Requested Time Off:
1. Sign into your manager portal of the Time & Labor Timekeeping system dashboard.
2. Once you are logged into the dashboard. Select Tools -> Requests -> Request Manager in the menu on the left hand side.
3. Then right click on any of the employees pending requests from the calendar view.
4. This will open up a small box of items that you can do with that request.
5. Click the Approve Request to approve that time off for the employee.
6. Click the Deny button to deny that time off request for the employee.
7. Once you have chosen one of those options in the list, it will make those changes to the employees PTO request on the calendar.
8. Once you have approved the PTO request on the calendar. It will add those PTO hours to the employees hours for payroll.
